Grief Over the Holidays

Time & Location

About the event
The holiday season can feel especially tender when you’re grieving someone you love. A time meant for warmth and togetherness may instead bring waves of sadness or a soft emptiness. And even as others invite you into the holiday spirit, the season’s familiar sights and scents can gently stir memories of the one you miss.
The event will offer:
• Understanding of how grief can touch your mood, energy, and daily life
• Soft, supportive healing practices for the holiday season
• Gentle ways to honour and remember your loved one
• Guidance in choosing what level of holiday involvement feels comfortable for you
• A warm, caring space to share with others who are also grieving
A gentle moment of reflection will close our gathering. Share a treasured photo or memento to honour the one you miss.
This session is for anyone navigating recent or long-term grief, as well as those supporting someone they love through loss.
