About Us
We are a volunteer-led, non-profit society providing compassionate support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illness and death in our community. Our trained volunteers are here to support you through all stages of end of life, grief, and loss. Our services include home and hospital visits, day and night vigils, grief support, advanced care planning workshops, and community education.

We envision a community where death and grief are acknowledged and honoured, and where support is available to everyone through life’s final chapter.
