Tent setup, 9:30-12:30:
Food prep (am/pm), 9:30-4:30:
Dinner service, 4:30-6:30:
Dinner cleanup, 6:30-9:30:
Sunday cleanup, 7:30-10:30am:
Pickup BBQ's:
BBQing:
